Payments

Payment in advance – proforma – After the completion of an order, the products are reserved and you will subsequently be sent an e-mail with the necessary information for payment, including the variable symbol, which has to be stated during payment.

Delivery against an invoice with a due date – This is for permanent customers with a good payment history. For new customers there is the option of going over to this method of payment after five advance invoices are paid in full. In the event an invoice is not subsequently paid by the due date, the regime where payments are made in advance will subsequently be set for each subsequent order.

• EU – EUR 15
• OUTSIDE OF EU – EUR 100
• Transport is FREE OF CHARGE for orders in the Czech Republic over CZK 3,000
• Transport is FREE OF CHARGE for orders to the EU over EUR 200
• Transport is FREE OF CHARGE for orders outside of the EU over EUR 2,000
