The complaint rules and warrantee of Epico International s.r.o., registered office: Na Zatlance 3283/10, Smíchov, 150 00 Prague 5, registered number: 02897750, entered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, entry 225082, (hereinafter the “Supplier”) are based on Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended. A client confirms his consent to the warrantee, its terms and conditions and the complaint rules by signing an invoice, purchase contract or accepting goods from the carrier and confirming this with his signature. The acceptance of goods is understood to mean the moment the goods are accepted from the carrier.Warrantee for products - the Supplier provides, as standard, a warrantee for quality lasting 12 months and a warrantee for quality for a battery’s capacity lasting 6 months.Checks on goods delivered - the client is obligated to check a delivery, to ensure it is not visibly damaged or destroyed. If a consignment is damaged, the client does not accept the consignment and promptly contacts the Supplier. If the client ascertains any difference between an invoice and actually delivered goods or if the client ascertains, during a check on a delivery, mechanically damaged goods, he is obligated, no later than three business days after receipt, to inform the Supplier at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com.
